1. Please confirm the voltage first. if the voltage of a product is 12V-24V, then you must use a professional LED voltage converter. if the voltage in your country is 110V,then you should choose a product that voltage is 110V -240V

3. Do not disassemble any bulbs by yourself.

4. Be sure to cut the power off before beginning installation to avoid personal injury .

How easy is it to install the Lingan smart bulb with zigbee application?

1)screw/plug in the bulb, then turn on the power switch.

2)Download the app from app store or scan QR code on the box or download app from our website.

3)set up the app by yourself.

The App can not fint my smart bulb

1)Ensure that the power is turned on at the switch.

2)Check if the adapter plug in outlet and the plug of adapter plug in bridge tightly.

3)Check if your fixture is made of metal as metal will weaken the signal.

How much heat does the Lingan smart bulb generate?

LED lights will generate heat any time they are turned on. For this reason we ask that you do not intsall the bulb in a closed space as it requires free air for heat dissipation.

Wireless connection is not stable

The smartphone and bulb will occasionally disconnect even with a strong wireless signal. This is caused by older versions of iOS and is more stable with newer versions. For this reason we recommend upgrading your iOS.

How many hours of light will i get our of my Lingan LED smart bulb?

You will get approximately 50,000 hours out of your smart lights. This is the equivalent of leaving your light on continously for 6years!

How do I control my Lingan LED product?

LinganLED products are controlled via the Lingan bulb app. that can be downloaded from: our website or scan QR code.

Is there a warranty on LinganLED products?

Lingan LED bulbs come with a one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by LinganLED within the warranty period , we will replace the bulb with a new or refurbished product at no charge.

Can I use my Smart LED light outdoors?

We do not recommend that you use your LinganLED bulb in unconvered areas or anywhere that they may get wet or rained on.

Can more than one person control the LED smart bulb?

Multiple people can pair to the bulbs, However simultaneous connections are not supported.
