Q: What is our MOQ for an order?

To start a new business, we understand the trial order is normally small, so we welcome sample orders at any quantity that you would suggest, basing on Ex-Work price term.
After you test & approve our quality, it's highly suggested that you take at least 50 units each time!

Q: What is the nearby seaport around us?

Jiangmen port is the nearest one to us, so we normally arrange shipment sailing from Jiangmen, transits at HongKong, to your destination port!

Q: What is the payment method?

T/T is the most common payment method, but we also welcome Paypal / Western Union / Credit Card methods, and we would discuss it case by case.

Q: How long is the production lead time?

We would finish production within 1- 30 days after payment, depending on your order quantity!

Q: How is our warranty?

The warranty for whole set product is 5 years from the purchased date.
